Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide any food and drinks?

No, only the picnic setup. However, we do offer several different food and drink options as an add on. But feel free to bring your own!

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend you book at least 72 hours before your desired date. Although, you should plan ahead in case desired dates and times aren't available. 

When do I pay for my picnic?

Payment will be needed in order to secure your date. We will send over a confirmation of your picnic and the total amount before you pay.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept Venmo or Zelle. Payments are made after a quick consultation and booking is confirmed. There is a 50% deposit which will be returned at the end of your picnic if rental items are not damaged.

Where do you setup your picnic?

Picnic locations to choose from: Seattle, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Kirkland, Kenmore, etc. Additional $5-20 travel fee will be required depending on the distance.

What if there is bad weather?

If the weather forecast predicts strong wind, we will notify you 2 days in advance and reschedule for another date. We are not able to set up the bubble tent with windy weather.

What is the cancellation policy?

There are no refunds but you are able to reschedule your picnic with a 48 hour advance notice.

What if I'm late to my picnic?

You are allowed a 2-hour time frame. If you are late, it will cut into your picnic time and you'll need to notify me through via email or phone. However, if you would like to add an additional hour for $25 please let me know asap.

What do I do if I want to leave early?

You are welcome to leave early but you will need to notify me at least 30 minutes in advance through via email or phone. You are responsible for all rental items until I am present to claim them.

What if I broke something?

Depending on the item, if one of our rental items is damaged at the end of your picnic, your 50% deposit will not be returned to you.
